Ben brings over a decade of experience and thousands of hours coaching group sessions. He has built a system grounded in fundamentals and science-based progression — and continues to train and refine his craft, because great coaches never stop learning.

Valhalla is co-owned and operating alongside Ben’s wife, Nicole, who oversees systems, member experience, and accountability — so the progress you see on the floor is supported outside the gym as well.
